The College of Law Office of Information Technology now offers a Web-based User Support Center for your convenience. This allows you to create a support ticket that will be mailed to all members of the IT department and kept track of in a central location. As time allows, we will also be making available via this service troubleshooters, downloads, and other information.
Note that you are not required to log in in order to create a ticket. Just be sure to leave us an accurate email address so we have a way of contacting you about your request. However, if you do log in (using your LinkBlue credentials), you may have access to more information and capabilities than you would otherwise (such as a ticket history, downloads for UK staff/students, etc).
Typing "ad" is NOT required when logging in.

Also, on various pages on our site and on the Support Center page you will see buttons like the one below, which you may use to contact one of the IT team directly (or leave a message if we are currently unavailable).
