Gaetke, Professor of Law, has taught at the College since 1978. He received both his undergraduate and law degrees from the University of Minnesota. He has served as a visiting professor at Indiana (1982-83) and Iowa (1987) and as the College of Law's Associate Dean for Academic Affairs. In 1999-2000, hse served as Acting Dean of the College of Law. Prior to entering teaching, Professor Gaetke was in private practice and served as a member of the attorney general's staff and as an administrative judge in Minnesota. Faculty Richard C.
