Prior to joining the faculty, Professor Gall was a litigation associate with Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP in New York City, where her practice was concentrated in complex commercial litigation with an emphasis in securities litigation and shareholder derivative suits. She also clerked for the Honorable Charles R. Simpson III of the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky after graduating from the College of Law in 2006. Most recently, Professor Gall has been residing in the United Kingdom as candidate for the MSc in Human Rights at the London School of Economics and Political Science. She will be teaching courses in Professional Responsibility and Business Associations. |
